EDUCATIONAL THERAPY
Educational Therapy (ET) is a comprehensive approach to learning support that not
only tackles academic challenges but also nurtures social-emotional growth. It’s a
dynamic process that empowers students to embrace their strengths and leverage them
to overcome their weaknesses.
At its core, ET aims to optimize learning and school engagement by acknowledging the
interconnectedness of emotional, behavioral,and learning struggles. This unique form of
therapy is a powerful tool for demystifying learning differences, fostering
self-awareness, and facilitating meaningful progress.
Educational Therapy at EmpowerKidz integrates
cognitive skills training,
sensory-integration, visual processing training, structured literacy, and executive
functioning support, to help children become more confident and independent learners.
Programs are offered in progressive levels, allowing families to choose the level of
support that best fits their child.
FAST FORWORD® PROGRAM
Fast ForWord® is a research-based cognitive-language intervention designed to
strengthen attention, memory, processing speed, and language foundations that support
learning and reading development.
EmpowerKidz offers Fast ForWord programs in tiered formats, based on a child’s
learning profile and goals.
EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING SUPPORT
Executive Functioning services focus on skills such as attention, organization, planning,
emotional regulation, and task initiation. These skills are critical for success in school
and daily life, especially for children with ADHD or learning differences.
Programs are structured in ascending levels, from foundational support to
comprehensive coaching.
SCHOOL & GROUP PACKAGES
